In 2021, my pal Rodney reached out to me after having seen some of the covers I’d been doing and some of the vocal practice I’d posted to facebook to put myself out there and get exposed to some feedback. He and some friends had been forming a group, and needed a vocalist, so I stepped in, eager to play in my first band. A few years later after a lot of vocal lessons and some serious trial and error, we debuted as Zero Index at a birthday memorial for Rodney’s friend Sean who had passed away the year earlier. It was an incredible night for a million reasons, and was my first show ever in front of a live audience.

Covid Covers
During the Covid Pandemic, a few friends and I decided to start doing some covers to help scratch the musical itch and keep ourselves busy. We all learned the songs independently, then passed the tracks back and forth, recording each instrument on our own over top of the drum track, then pieced it all together in a video.
